Welcome to Fusion Energy Industrial Business
Power conversion equipment, including a variety of medium and low voltage rotating machines (such as motors, generators, and alternators), drives, and stampings, is the focus of Fusion Energy's Industrial Business.
High / Low Voltage AC & DC Motors
A variety of high and low voltage AC and DC motors are available, including energy-efficient motors, motors for safe and hazardous areas, and motors for specialised uses such as oil-well pumps, cement mills, braking motors, and rerolling mills. Traction motors and DC motors are also part of our inventory.
Generators / Alternators - AC & DC
Drives and Automation
AC / DC / MV Emotron Drives
Industrial drives are made to run as efficiently and completely as possible. An AC drive continuously modifies the motor speed to regulate the application. As a result, less energy is used and needless equipment wear is avoided. Fusion Energy provides a large selection of low voltage driving products. Premium features of AC drives include integrated shaft power monitoring and direct torque control. Direct torque control allows for the best possible use of the motor and is regarded as a good way to control torque and motor speed. We also provide our drives with active front-end technology. Low harmonic functioning and energy-saving regeneration are made possible by this. If the operation deviates from the chosen load levels, the shaft power monitoring responds.
Fraction Horse Power / Commercial Motors
The Fusion Energy Commercial Motor Division, a prominent motor manufacturer for many years, specialises in designing, producing, and supplying single- and three-phase custom-built motors for the majority of current and future applications.
Stampings and Laminations
In Fusion Energy's Stampings Division, there are:
- Shorter lead times are made possible by an ultramodern tool room for in-house tool manufacture.
- The capacity to provide a range of grades of premium steel from both domestic and foreign suppliers, both fully and partially processed, using an in-house continuous roller hearth annealing furnace.
- The capacity to manufacture using a variety of techniques, including notching, blanking, gang slotting, and progressing, with round diameters between 50 and 1250 mm and segmental widths of 1100 mm.
- The ability to provide die cast rotors, auto-stacked, welded, riveted, and skewed packs.
